Garbage. Left us stranded

Didnt apply the First time user credit to our first ride. Then left us in a cab unable to complete payment. The driver forced us to stay in he car until we had to have a friend come bring us money. This app not only mislead us with a fake user credit but glitches in it caused a confrontation between us and a driver who was trying to collect.
Dont waste your time or money. Uber or lyft if you can.
(And the fare wasnt even cheaper at all)
