Cool and simple!

I had a bad experience with this app. Using it does not mean youll be able to pay through your phone. The taxi driver can turn it off without notice so that there is no advantage to use it anymore... its faster to catch a taxi directly in the street and costs the same price. Uber is way better for convenience and customer service.

This app is clearly the taxi industrys answer to Uber, but the problem is it doesnt actually work. Tried to use it the other night, the driver said he didnt get my payment. Made for an embarrassing situation since I had friends with me... sadly I shouldve just taken the Uber.

Didnt apply the First time user credit to our first ride. Then left us in a cab unable to complete payment. The driver forced us to stay in he car until we had to have a friend come bring us money. This app not only mislead us with a fake user credit but glitches in it caused a confrontation between us and a driver who was trying to collect. Dont waste your time or money. Uber or lyft if you can. (And the fare wasnt even cheaper at all)

Finally An app that allows people booking a taxi to be first class citizens! Great for anyone that ever lost a taxi to dev null upon booking, or wondered how close their cab was. Now I can see my cab, pick the cab I want and have visibility into my cabs progress before they collect me! Killer app and a must have if u are visiting or living in Sydney.

Thank you very much for this wonderful app, It would be nice if you give an option to add more cities or edit the setting. Thanks again.

Im a cab driver and it doesnt work

Out in Sydney burbs, cabbie rang me within a minute or placing the booking. Cab arrived in 5 minutes! Beats using the online or calling a cab and getting that " first available cab will be dispatched, will arrive within the hour" line!

Called for a cab...waited 20 min. Called back..was told sorry, cab is coming. Called again, sorry again. Driver is coming. Never showed up so I called another company that did show up.

Love this app. How hailing cabs should work in the smart phone era

Ive used the app 2-3 times in the last few days and its really awesome. Drivers have been very responsive. Makes it so easy!

Great app

Downloaded the app in Las Vegas. Requested a taxi with it. Took 30 minutes to tell me no taxi was available. Then it sends me an email that a code was sent to my cell phone. It wasnt sent.

Excellent app for reliability. Offer a tip during peak times to get a cab when you need one!

It was effortless to use the app and great to track the taxis approach.

What happened to being able to book a cab the night before

Simple enough, but does not allow you to order taxi in advance. This feature would be a must. However it does allow you to call the driver which is a good feature.
